For your security and protection your credit card company requires that your shipping address
matches your billing address. If you prefer to have your order shipped to another location they
require that you call them to add the address as an "Authorized Shipping Address."
We understand that this may present an inconvenience. However, it is necessary to protect all
parties involved from credit card fraud.
Please e-mail or call us when this has been completed and we will process your order immediately.
The length of time it takes to receive your order depends on the method of shipment and its destination. We ship most
orders within one or two business days from the time of order, allowing extra time for sizing or engraving. Delivery to
any address within the Continental U.S. usually takes from two to seven business days to reach its destination. We ship
each package using the most secure carrier available. Depending upon product and destination, we may use UPS, Federal
Express, or the U.S. Postal Service. Should you require an item immediately, send us an email and we will do
everything possible to fulfill your request.
Return Policy
Levy Jewelers offers a 30-day return policy to be sure you are completely satisfied with your
purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied, return the item unused, in its original condition,
within 30 days of purchase. Any special packaging (e.g. watch boxes, certificates, warranties, etc.) must
be included with your return. Any item returned without the packaging and/or documents may be ineligible
for return, or you may be charged a fee to replace the missing or damaged packaging and/or special
documents. All special orders, custom or altered merchandise are final sales.
Once your return is
received, we will issue a full refund, less shipping costs, to the same credit card or Levy Jewelers
account used for the original purchase.
Returning a Gift
If the item you are returning is a gift, you will receive a Levy Jewelers gift card. You may use this gift card at any of our three stores.
Mailing Your Return
To return an item, if possible, please use the original packaging and box. Include a copy of the original
sales receipt. If the sales receipt is not available, please include your name, address, daytime phone
number or e-mail address.

For your protection, please insure the package for the original purchase price. Levy Jewelers will not
be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Sales Tax
Levy Jewelers only collects sales tax for items being shipped within Georgia.
Diamond Trade-in Policy
Your diamond purchase comes with a Lifetime Diamond Trade-in Policy.
This benefit means that 100% of your original purchase price may be applied towards the purchase of a new
diamond of at least twice the original value. The lifetime Diamond Trade-in Policy applies exclusively to
diamond merchandise. This includes, but is not limited to, solitaire diamonds; the center diamond of
engagement rings, diamond stud earrings and diamond solitaire pendants purchased at Levy Jewelers. All
trade in diamonds must be in new selling condition at the time of the trade-in.
Conflict Diamond Policy
We at Levy Jewelers can assure you that all of our diamonds are from areas free of conflict. We only source our diamonds fom suppliers that are in compliance with the Kimberly Process and we participate in the System of
Warranties.
