This sapphire and diamond ring contains one oval cut blue sapphire mounted in the center.  Prong set surrounding the center stone are full cut diamonds.  Mounted in the gallery work areas are full cut diamonds with a filigree design surrounding. Mounted along the shoulders of the shank on either side of the center are full cut diamonds with filigree work at the top of the shank.  The ring also contains a millgrain edged finish.  There are a total of 26 full cut diamonds in the ring.
