This Gregg Ruth diamond ring contains a square center section with 20 prong set full cut diamonds.  Prong set on either side of the center section is one full cut diamond surrounded by ten full cut diamonds.  Mounted along the shoulders of the split shank are 14 full cut diamonds.  There are a total of 98 diamonds in the ring.
