This antique reproduction ring has one princess cut diamond bezel set in the center.  It is surrounded by 22 prong set full cut diamonds, 22 channel set round cut blue sapphires, and a third row of 30 prong set full cut diamonds.  There are full cut diamonds mounted along the shoulders of the shank on either side.  The gallery work area has an open work design and the ring is finished with a millgrain edged finish.
