This pendant is part of Charles Krypell's new Medallion Collection.  Mounted in the center, in a prong style setting, is one round cut rubellite.  Surrounding the center stone in a cut out floral design are prong set full cut diamonds with four prong set pink sapphires.  Framing the entire center section are full cut diamonds.  The pendant is suspended from an 18KW five strand oval link chain.
