Service Coordinator

Levy Jewelers is currently looking for an individual to join us in our jewelry and watch repair departments as a Service Coordinator at our Savannah, GA locations. The service coordinator acts as the liaison between customers and the repair facilities.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• Great communications skills
• • Professionally meet and greet customers as they bring in items to be repaired
• • Accurately communicate the process of having items repaired
• • Following up with customers on estimates and delivery times
• • Correspond with repair facilities on status of jobs
• • Thoroughly explain details to customers of the required work in easy to understand language
   
• Ability to multi-task
• • It is a fast paced environment with too much going on often
• • Being able to keep many follow-up request or task under control
• • Able to change directions quickly without loosing focus on the big picture

• • Assist salespeople in modifications of new items sold

• Ability to complete minor repairs
• • Battery replacements in watches
• • Adjust bracelets of watches for proper fit on the customer
• • Other minor adjustments to accommodate customer request
• • Cleaning and inspection of customers jewelry

• • Understanding the luxury jewelry and watch environment
