Store Manager

We are searching for a manager for our Oglethorpe Mall location in Savannah, GA. The ideal candidate must have previous Jewelry experience. The ability to manage the daily operations of the retail jewelry store and complete tasks related to inventory tracking, marketing and customer service are all required. Being a confident, successful salesperson and ability to share these best practices in order to onboard new employees. Possessing strong leadership skills and ability to assign duties to relevant employees in order to maintain the function of the store.


Manage daily operations of business and ensure sales goals are met.

Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory taking, reconciling cash and managing in store marketing.

Assigns duties to relevant employees.

Conduct hiring and onboarding of new employees.

Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

Track and manage inventory at store.


3 - 5 years of Jewelry retail and Jewelry retail management experience Demonstrated ability to train employees and be an effective salesperson Strong customer service, management and communication skills

Service Coordinator

Levy Jewelers is currently looking for an individual to join us in our jewelry and watch repair departments as a Service Coordinator at our Savannah, GA locations. The service coordinator acts as the liaison between customers and the repair facilities.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

  • Great communications skills
  • • Professionally meet and greet customers as they bring in items to be repaired
  • • Accurately communicate the process of having items repaired
  • • Following up with customers on estimates and delivery times
  • • Correspond with repair facilities on status of jobs
  • • Thoroughly explain details to customers of the required work in easy to understand language
  • Ability to multi-task
  • • It is a fast paced environment with too much going on often
  • • Being able to keep many follow-up request or task under control
  • • Able to change directions quickly without loosing focus on the big picture
  • Team Player
  • • Assist salespeople in modifications of new items sold
  • • Enthusiastic in all interactions with customers and other employees
